GOOD GOVERNANCE; A CATALYST TO NATION BUILDING.

GOOD GOVERNANCE; A CATALYST TO NATION BUILDING.
Al-Qo'simy hernnany Atere, writes.

A nation who fails to develop become vulnerable to insecurity, unemployment, corruption, recession, ignorance, illness, decline infrastructures and abject poverty. Such environment at which these persist would best be described as nothing but a home for revolting species of being whose lack of employment will make them become the tool for the devil to commit so many formidable attrocities such as political thuggery, raping, assassinating, kidnapping, terrorism and plethora of other societal plagues.

Governance is a process by which the responsibilities could be discharged by exercising policies in economy, education, health, politics and administrative authority that could reawaken or ensure smooth running of the system via numerous mechanisms, processes and established organisations to ensure the affluence personalities and common man in the street enjoy the dividends of the decisions made by the authority.

To achieve good governance, administrators must meet a desirable taste for all and sundry in the nation, and must as well be a sensational stimulant to nation building through effective and unbiased legal rights guiding the interest of people and meeting their obligations and common needs.

Because It is only when the government take their people as precious assets and the most important to the progress of the nation that they will invest in their interest and future, and that is when they will attain the posterity realisation of their goals in building the nation's raw potential.

Investment in the citizens is not by dispensation of monetary bait but via inculcation of quality values in them, by reawakening and reorientating the general public with the flexibility to embrace change, and charging their sensory cells to start seeing their country as their responsibilities by investing their interests and future towards actualisation of a common national goal.

Furthermore, many government even failed when trying to fix the right things in place; by approaching it in an unprolific way. For instance, in an attempt to build the nation by investing their treasury on the educational sector, provided unlimited infrastructures and recruited qualified staff, but failed to review and renew the outdated curriculum of the schools in an all rounded educational system overhaul towards development. If reviewed and updated towards development, it will sharpen the tooth of the graduates keen enough to break barriers with a creative and innovative mind and will enable them see and solve the problems in their ambient in a sustainable ways.

We can not attain a good nation by apparently evading the integral part at which the the nation could attain long lasting sustainable fuel that would birth creativity; which will make the citizens to live dependently without relying completely on government. It is the responsibility of
good governance to provide
inclusive, sustainable, productive, and decent nation that work for all. This can be successfully achieved by promoting the policy that encourages job creation and providing the environment that allows entrepreneurs and investors to thrive so that the common man in the city can boastfully enjoy democratic dispensation in fruition.

One of the key factor that can glue the nation to an unproductive spot is when the nation refuse to sense the international shift to innovations, by including technocrats in their decisions making as this will not only solve the local and national threat that is impeding the progress of the nation through production of job opportunities and time saving operations, but also includes energy efficiency which will help to reduce fossil fuels and green house gases emission to the atmosphere, thereby mitigating global warming, which is one of the leading problem battling the continent.

Lastly, to attain stance in economy, trade and services, and become international pioneering hub of excellence in all sectors, the agricultural, industrial, information, globalisation and technological advances should be used to embrace one another, as this will increase the large scale development to improve the country's physical infrastructures, unemployments, ignorances, poverty and most of the other vices that has plagued the society.
