At this point in time, the importance of health should not be found alien in the face of entire humanity, where everywhere seems darken even at expense of brightened light due to emergence of unforetold circumstances surrounding the vision 2020.

As a public health enthusiast and Advocate of good health, I enjoin the other health advocates across the world in commemoration of world hepatitis day: Which was initiated to raise the public awareness on its causes, effect, prevention and management of hepatitis.

Hepatitis is an inflammation of the liver that can cause a myriad of health problems such as liver cirrhosis, hepatocellular carcinoma and often lead to death. Substances like chemical toxins, excessive consumption of alcohol and most significantly viruses are the causes of hepatitis. It is ranked second by world health organization after tuberculosis, as deadly disease which claims about million of lives yearly.

Infact, there is no thanks to virus or any viral associated disease, they are not often come with praise but making man as its prey. This disease is caused by virus of different strains which are hepatitis A, B, C, & D virus. Though all happened to insistently disturbing to human but B and C viruses are the most deadly amongst all.

Hepatitis A and C are commonly contacted from either contaminated food or drinks while hepatitis B snd C are often contacted via infected blood and bodily fluids. These types of hepatitis viruses are uniquely characterized to causing both acute and chronic diseases.

Besides, According to WHO, "325 million people are living with viral hepatitis B and C globally without being aware" reason because the liver is only the internal organ of the body which has the capacity to regenerate it's dead cells but it has the limitation to be abused but once abused the consequence is unpredictable might sometimes leads to death.

Prevention they say is better than cure, this is the reason why this day was uniquely designed for "hepatitis free future" let's endeavors to heed to the calling of this day so that our world would be free of hepatitis disease. It is our duty to sensitively watch over what we consume such as water and food, it should be refrained and immaculately pure devoid of impurities.  unprotected sex shouldn't be practised and lastly any clinical tools should be hygienically sterile for usage.

With these aforementioned measures, I solemnly believe that if followed we can all achieve a collective goal of hepatitis free world.
