Impact of Youth of 21st Century Youth In Surviving The New Normal.

It is obvious that the extant situation of the world in entirety is uncalled-for.  its ripple effect experienced in our daily activities are beyond control. To Recuperate from these periodic episode of intense pain, unarguably require urgent investment on youths who are the potent instrument of transformations.

From the time immemorial, Youths have been actively contributing to the progress of where they belong: their roles in political stability and socioeconomically advances can never be underestimated in the sand of time. They are the foundation of every society; in their energetic traits lies the strength of every nation, in their dreams and aspirations lie the future of a prosperous Nation.

Firstly, Youths as the veritable resource whose the future prospect of every nation is inextricably tied to, have significant role to take in surviving the new normal by responding to the deleterious effect of COVID19 through social impact innovation: as it is obvious in todays world, that to effectively deliver services one must leverage on technology. Therefore, the Youths must start gaining relevant knowledge of the 21st Century such as technological skills and innovative skill. acquiring these knowledge will thus result to veritable beehive swarming with productive activities.

Secondly,  reviving of our fertile land of productivities eroded by COVID19's destructive stream which had caused damage to our economy beyond control: Cementing this unstable economy with powdery substance of productivity, there is a need for active participation of youths in Agribusiness and social enterprises, these will in turn make food to be evenly distributed for consumptions and sales nationally and internationally as well money will be circulated.

Thirdly, Beyond any modicum of doubt, it is conspicuous that our societies are savagely threatened due to geometric progression of crime rates: to curbing these menaces; youths have a lot of role to play by engaging and inspiring their Colleagues and Younger ones to a more productive activities. Thus, make a decline in crime rates and the money budgeted for development would not be unexpectedly used to fix wanton destructions.

Lastly, Active participation in civil societies: in the time past, civil societies of different categories have been major tools for sustainable development in every helm of affairs. For the impact of youth to be felt in the society, he or she must engage in volunteerism, this will give an opportunity to positively influence the world around him via public health promotion, conflict resolution, ending extreme poverty and many others.

In Conclusion, gone are the days, where youths were sponsored for political thuggery and other vices. In today's world, the narrative has changed for better: Youths are now the problem solver, active driver, impact maker and evolver of socioeconomically, political and cultural transformation. To survive the New normal there is urgent need to empower them in other for them to maximize their potential to a sustainable actions.
